How do I find and change my details for my live subscription.

Create an account with Headstart (you will usually do this after your first purchase) and once logged in you will see the option to Manage Subscriptions. Click on Manage Subscriptions which will take you to your subscriptions.

Is there a minimum time period I need to commit to purchase a subscription?

No not at all - you can cancel at any time.

Is there a fee for cancelling the subscription?

No there is no fee if you want to cancel a subscription.

I am going away and would like to hold my subscription - is this possible?

Absolutely - Log on to your account and click Manage Subscriptions.

I would like to change what products are in my subscription - is this possible?

Yes you can - Log on to your account and click Manage Subscriptions.

Can I choose how often the products are delivered in my subscription?

We have 3 options to choose from - 4, 5 or 6 weeks

Can I purchase a one off product as well as a subscription at the same time?

Yes you can just add it to your cart along with the subscription product.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Subscriptions can be paid for by Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit.
