Shipping Information
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
Delivery
Free NZ shipping
Delivery is free on all products anywhere in New Zealand.
Dispatch times
We aim to ship your order within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for all ghd products.
Tracking
All orders are sent via NZ Post. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can track your delivery in real time.
Rural deliveries
Please allow an additional business day for NZ Post deliveries to rural addresses.
Please keep in mind
Delivery times are based on NZ Post target delivery timeframes and can occasionally take longer, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas and statutory holidays. If your order is time critical, such as a birthday gift, we recommend allowing some extra time.
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an updated expected delivery date.
Signature required
Orders over $200 are sent with a signature required for delivery.
If you would prefer your order to be sent without a signature, please let us know when placing your order. If signature required is declined, or you have an Authority To Leave (ATL) arrangement with NZ Post, responsibility for the delivery passes to you. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that go missing after being left under these arrangements.
