Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used products.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale, with all original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the product only and will exclude the original shipping cost.
Used Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
If you believe a product may be faulty, please contact us and provide:
- Photos of the product
- The batch number on the packaging
- A description of the issue
We may need to liaise with the product supplier or manufacturer before determining the outcome.
Product Reactions or Suitability
Individual reactions to haircare products can occur due to a variety of factors including hair condition, scalp sensitivity, health changes, or product compatibility.
Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened and used if they are not suitable for your hair or scalp.
However, we are always happy to help recommend an alternative product where possible.
Faulty Products
If a product is found to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
Professional haircare products are highly concentrated and results may vary depending on hair type and previous chemical services.
