We want to make returning an item easy so at Headstart we offer a policy of hassle free returns. We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have received your email regarding your return we may ask you to return your purchase so we can complete the return process and issue a refund / exchange or store credit.

Q. What happens if I want to return something after 30 Days since I purchased it?
A. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Q. My ghd's are faulty - can I return them?
A. If you wish to report a fault with a ghd product, Headstart are not authorised to act on behalf of ghd to confirm warranty claims.
All warranty claims are handled directly by ghd.

Q. Can I get a refund if I have tried the product but decide I don't like it?
A. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We suggest you contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about whether a product is right for you.
Q. Do I have to pay for postage to return an item?
A. Postage is covered by Headstart for any return of goods that were purchased within 30 days and are either faulty, an incorrect item or damaged and a claim has been logged via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What if I have suffered an allergic reaction to one of your products?
A. Allergic reactions are thankfully rare - in the unfortunate event that there has been a reaction, please first discontinue use of the product immediately. Take a photo of the reaction and email us and we will notify the manufacturer and discuss replacement options with you.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email email@example.com and follow the guidelines above based on if it is Faulty, Incorrect Item, Missing Item or Damaged.
- We will be back in touch with 24 hours to confirm our acceptance of the return and the next step.
- Once we have confirmed, pack your item as carefully as possible using the original packaging supplied.
- If we have sent you a return postage label, attach and drop off at any New Zealand Post Shop.
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of your returned goods reaching us to complete your return.
