Olaplex have launched something very special to take your hair to the next level. Introducing, OLAPLEX No.0.
No.0 is a companion to OLAPLEX No.3 for an intensive at-home reparative treatment.
"Much like skincare and makeup, most products work best with a primer. Eyeshadow sits best and lasts longer when put on top of an eyeshadow primer, and makeup sits better on the face after a solid skincare routine.
Think of No.0 as the primer to your No.3 treatment. No.0 can certainly work on it's own and will provide repair; however, the product is intended to work as a two-part process.
OLAPLEX technology works best when the product is wet in the hair. No.0 is a watery liquid that will dry quickly. Using No.3 over it, keeps the hair damp so both products can continue to work during the process.
So, who can use OLAPLEX No.0? No.0 is for everyone and works on all hair types and textures, just like the entire OLAPLEX line! Though all hairstyles benefit from his treatment, more intensely damaged hair will see the most dramatic results at first.
The more often No.0 is used, the healthier the hair becomes. Results may not be as noticeable, but it is still working within the hair structure.

To use No.0, simply: Apply the No.0 to clean dry hair. Comb the product through to ensure saturation. Wait 10 minutes, then apply OLAPLEX No.3 Hair Perfector directly on top of No.0. Comb again to saturate thoroughly, then let the treatment sit for another ten minutes.
This treatment is a minimum of 20 minutes, though, just like the No.3 on its own, more significant results occur when keeping it on longer! Once completed, rinse, shampoo, and condition. We recommend the OLAPLEX No. 4 Shampoo and OLAPLEX No.5 Conditioner.
Each bottle of No.0 contains approximately 4-6 uses, just like the No.3. No.0 is non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free."

Questions & Answers
Q: Why is it called No.0? (Where is No.1 and No.2?)A: No.1 & No.2 are reserved for professional use only. No.0 is designed as a companion to No.3 for an intensive at-home reparative system.
Q: Can you use the No.0 alone?
A: No.0 is an intensive repair booster that absorbs deeply into the hair. It’s designed to work in tandem with No.3 in order to receive the intense repair. While No.3 Hair Perfector can be used on its own, we do not recommend using No.0 alone.
Q: Does No.0 work without No.3?
A: Yes, it will provide some repair, but is designed to work as a two-part process.
OLAPLEX technology works best when the product is wet in the hair. No.0 is a watery liquid that will dry quickly. Using No.3 over it, keeps the hair damp so both products can continue to work during the process.
Q: Can No.3 be put on immediately after No.0 to save time?
A: No. No.0 needs to fully absorb into the hair for at least 10 minutes. This allows the No.3 to be pulled deeper within the hair structure.
Q: Can No.0 be used on “normal” hair? Does hair need to be damaged?
A: All hair types & textures will benefit from this. More intensely damaged hair will see the most dramatic results at first. The more often No.0 is used, the healthier the hair becomes. Results may not be as noticeable, but it is still working within the hair structure.
Q: Do you have to shampoo the No.0 out of the hair?
A: No. After applying the OLAPLEX No.0, wait 10 minutes, then layer the OLAPLEX No.3 directly on top of it for a minimum of 10 minutes, creating an intensive at-home treatment. Once completed, rinse, shampoo and condition. We recommend the OLAPLEX No.4 Shampoo and OLAPLEX No.5 Conditioner.
Q: What is the max time to have the product in the hair?
A: You can leave the OLAPLEX No.0 and OLAPLEX No.3 in longer! However, the efficacy will diminish past 30-45 minutes or when the hair is dry. Rinse, shampoo & condition for best results.
Q: Can you sleep with the product in the hair?
A: We do not recommend leaving product in hair during sleep due to the potential of getting it in your eyes. In addition, sleeping with wet hair can cause friction with your pillowcase & lead to breakage.
Q: Can No.0 be used in home color/lightening formulas?
A: No. It should not be added to at-home colour products.
