What is Flaky Scalp & Dandruff?

Hormones and stress are factors that can create a fungus called malassezia which can trigger dandruff.

Shampoo and conditioners that contain harsh chemicals and ingredients that are far from being natural can increase the oil creation and build up on the scalp too.

How Can I Treat Flaky Scalp & Dandruff?

As is often the case prevention is the best solution. Try and keep your scalp as healthy as possible. Focus on stopping it from drying out in the first place by not over washing and use only haircare with more natural ingredients that will not encourage that oil build up.
